A Bowl Of Rice

October first is the first day of October. It is also the day I start eating RICE full time. My meal plan is like this :
Breakfast - RICE
Lunch - RICE
Supper - RICE plus some protein, like meat and steamed veggies.
If it is not RICE, I am not eating it, for a whole month I go on this RICE diet. But it is in no way a diet, it’s actually a school project. Let me explain how this all came to be.
I go to a Christian school, and this year my class was told we all have to do a SGP, a Spiritual Growth Project. This is mine, eating RICE. I am eating the same amount as a family in a third whole country would be eating. It is enough to get by, but again not even as close as the amount I would normally eat. All my snacks, drinks and morning cup of coffee will be taken away from me. All I will have is a bowl of RICE.
Everyday once this project starts i will be posting about how i feel physical, emotional and spiritual. It will be 31 days of RICE and 31 days of change.
